What are your contributions to the team?
• Defines and adapts planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities to support the strategic plan, approving timelines and assigning resources to achieve objectives.

How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development (preferred).
- You have a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- You have previous experience in leadership or team management roles.
- You have experience managing the full HR cycle (recruitment, development, compensation, labor relations, etc.).
- You have experience in corporate or industrial environments (preferred).
- You have advanced communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
