Tasks
Your tasks as Process Manager, may include, among others:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and cost reduction across various departments
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, standard operation procedures, and best practices
- Implement and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, share insights, and drive process improvements
- Monitor and assess the quality of processes, addressing any issues or deviations promptly
- Synchronize IT adjustments in collaboration with the T/TI team
- Thoroughly test and meticulously document results in readiness for IT adjustments
- Work in projects related to the responsible processes

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 2 years of experience in MRO or Consultant / Business Intelligence required
- Experience in process management, analysis, improvement, and design, with a preference for experience in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) environment required
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) desirable
- Knowledge in process design and management, customer service, account management desirable
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
