Reporting to the Director, Product Management – Commercialized Products, you’ll set the strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and deliver growth in revenue, margin, and global share. Key Responsibilities
- Own the product line P&L and strategy
- Be accountable for product direction, pricing, margin, revenue, investment, and overall budgets.
- Define portfolio strategy and roadmaps that expand market share.
- Lead cross-functional execution
- Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Technology, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within cost targets.
- Monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) delivery on time and on budget, ensuring robust commercialization and adoption.
- Build market presence and partnerships
- Identify priority segments and geographies; develop partner ecosystem with Commercial.
- Create partner deployment frameworks (Terms &Conditions, enablement/training, segmentation by capability, EHS expectations).
- Ensure compliance, quality, and delivery
- Establish monitoring programs for quality and regulatory compliance; lead corrective action & preventive action (CAPA) and audit readiness.
- Forecast demand accurately and ensure manufacturing readiness and delivery performance.
- Shape differentiated product-market fit
- Anticipate long-term customer needs, regulatory trends, and technology inflection points to build sustainable competitive advantage.
- Frame and communicate a compelling value proposition; benchmark against competitors and track win/loss insights.
- Accelerate growth
- Identify growth levers: adjacencies, alliances, and partnerships.
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial on got-to-market strategy, launch plans, and sales collateral; align and enable the salesforce.
- Align internal and external priorities
- Collaborate with internal GE Aerospace customers on requirements and prioritization; align strategies and roadmaps to external customer needs and field insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in product or portfolio management, marketing, or engineering in special machinery manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
- A proven record taking global initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable business impact.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership experience.
- Executive‑level communication, sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to focus on the critical few.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Knowledge of the 3D/additive industry and customer landscape is a plus (not required)—you can learn it here.
