Tasks

This position supports a global industry scope and may be filled from other time:matters entities. A valid work permit is required.

  • Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision, strategy and spaneting
  • Manage product cost, revenue, quality, profitability and roadmap
  • Analyze spanet trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and exeute actions for improvement
  • Collaborate with operational tracking teams globally to ensure continuous product development and production
  • Continuously improve tracking processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
  • Drive digitization, automation and innovation
  • Work closely with IT, project management and other stakeholders
  • Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions
  • Communicate vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders
  • Shape an efficient, high-performing tracking organization together with relevant Stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in the logistics sector is required.
  • Freight forwarding and product management expertise
  • Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with strong ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
  • Proven ability to data-driven decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
  • Business Travel required
