Position Overview:
Boeing India Defense Private Limited (BIDPL) team is looking for a Program Integration Manager for the AH-64E Apache Sustainment Program supporting the Indian Air Force (IAF) and Indian Army (IA) to be based out at New Delhi, India.
The qualified candidate must have a great working relationship with peers, senior leaders, and executives using strong collaboration, communication, and people skills.

We are looking for a candidate who will manage various components of the AH-64E Apache sustainment program for the IAF and IA customers. This person will report to the Program Manager leader and will help “run the engine” daily to ensure timely and comprehensive communications and execution of deliverables between the various supply chain and functional teams and the Program, as well as across multi-site/multi-country teams that make up the Product Support team. The candidate will leverage Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), prior aircraft sustainment experience, robust communication and Program Management skills and team strengths in achieving Program success.
Previous experience of aircraft sustainment projects would be a distinct advantage and would suit applicants with Program Management or Project Engineering backgrounds in aerospace environments.
Position Responsibilities:
The specific requirements and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Complete program ownership of delivery schedule, meeting quality standards, and financial controls from project award to final delivery
Lead internal program teams and ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Coordinate internal activities to ensure all tasks are progressing in line with the program requirements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers
Help identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities to deliverable execution (i.e., meeting deadlines) at the initiative level, as well as portfolio level (cross-initiative alignment, challenges, risks, Program influences, etc.); support mitigation efforts as needed
Cultivates solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Coordinate and lead major milestone meetings with the customer (PMRs) and compile resulting minutes and action plans
Communicate program status, on-going financial viability and identification of key issues to senior management
Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.
Act as back-up to Program Manager – attend Program Leadership and Technical meetings as needed
Provides input on Program business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required as BASIC QUALIFICATION with 12+ years of related experience.
8+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
5 + years of experience in program management of sustainment or technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas
5 + years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate and coordinate multiple projects
Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 + years of experience managing risks, cost performance and schedule performance
10 + years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Qualification in Program Management or preferred equivalent (PMP or CPM, etc.)
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years related work experience.
