About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Program Manager, Marketing to join our Marketing, Communications & UX team. This role will be based in Palo Alto, but is eligible for Remote. We are seeking highly adaptable individuals with strong intrinsic motivation to devise streamlined solutions for intricate challenges, operate with efficiency, and move quickly. This role requires a strong foundation in spaneting, with strong project and campaign management skills. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills to support the dynamic needs of our Marketing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage a comprehensive Marketing, Communications & UX project roadmap
- Support monthly and quarterly Marketing, Communications & UX cross-functional reporting
- Collaborate with other teams, such as technology, operations and partnerships, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives & goals
- Oversee the execution of individual campaigns and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of events
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key lessons learned and inform strategic initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in spaneting or program manager, skilled at taking projects from concept to execution across various spaneting disciplines and channels
- Proven track record delivering large scale, high-impact spaneting programs within tight deadlines across digital campaigns, communications, and events for a highly visible brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to exercise good judgement in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, demonstrating eagerness to learn and adapt
- PMP certification preferred
The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

$122,000—$189,000 USD
