MAG Aerospace is seeking a resourceful Project Manager to ensure support for SMEP efforts across multiple Combatant Commands (CCMDs). The goal is to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The PM support shall include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance.
The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, including both technical issues and business processes.
It is required that the PM has the authority to make decisions for the prime contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations issues.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Program Management experience
- Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
- A minimum of three years’ experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects that require working knowledge of J39 operations, issuances, and policies.

- Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI and maintain the level of clearance to access facility.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $94500 to $175500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
