Job Description:

As the Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) for the new REVAMP project, you will be fully responsible for ensuring quality in our suppliers&39; deliveries for this project. In this strategic role, you will act as the critical focal point between Airbus and the supplier to ensure that immediate containment and corrective measures are executed. Your main mission will be to protect the Airbus production plant from any quality escapes, maintaining safety, conformance, and reliability across all operations from day one.

As the QCM for the REVAMP project, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the Plant&39;s Focal Point & Shield: You will act as the primary interface between Airbus and the supplier, working alongside the SCQM, ensuring the urgent implementation of robust containment actions and quality gates to secure the assembly lines and prevent any impact on the Airbus plant.

• Leading the Conformance Strategy: You will develop, implement, and oversee specific inspection plans and strategies for the REVAMP project, guaranteeing adherence to the company&39;s internal standards.

• Analyzing Data & Risks: You will monitor supplier quality KPIs, identify trends or potential risks, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Como Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) para el nuevo proyecto REVAMP, serás el máximo responsable de asegurar la calidad en las entregas de nuestros suministradores para este proyecto. En este rol estratégico, actuarás como el punto focal crítico entre Airbus y el suministrador para garantizar que se ejecuten de manera inmediata las medidas de contención y corrección necesarias. Tu misión principal será proteger la planta de producción de Airbus ante cualquier escape de calidad , manteniendo la seguridad, conformidad y fiabilidad en todas las operaciones desde el primer día.

Como QCM en el proyecto REVAMP, asumirás las siguientes funciones:

• Serás el punto focal y escudo de la planta: Actuarás como la interfaz principal entre Airbus y el suministrador trabajando con el SCQM, garantizando la implementación urgente de medidas de contención robustas y muros de calidad para proteger las líneas de montaje y evitar cualquier impacto en la planta de Airbus.

• Liderarás la estrategia de conformidad: Desarrollarás, implementarás y supervisarás las estrategias y planes de inspección específicos para el proyecto REVAMP, asegurando los estándares internos de la compañía.

• Analizarás datos y riesgos: Monitorizarás los KPIs de calidad de los proveedores, identificarás tendencias o riesgos potenciales y propondrás acciones de mejora continua.
