Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate opportunities to enhance VAS’ position in the marketplace and expand businesses relationships.
Identify opportunities to enhance VAS’ position within designated region.
Provide a focal point to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market analysis to identify and develop future business opportunities.
Develop service offerings for identified potential customers/partners.
Negotiate business arrangements with direction
Assist the Business Areas in the development of existing and future products and services
Coordinate customer’s requirements with asset managers and marketing – Key Accounts
Manage overall customer communication/reporting to ensure consistency
Assess business requirements of potential customer
Requirements:
- 4-year business or finance degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 10 &43; years’ experience in an airline, OEM, or MRO sales/marketing environment. Some of this experience could have been in Sales, Procurement, Finance, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Ability to handle various types of projects and articulate business opportunities
- Ability to independently represent the company to our partners and customers
