Job Description:

As a Senior Contracts Representative here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be accountable for negotiating and drafting contracts, reviewing terms and conditions, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders on contract matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and make a significant impact.

You will report directly to our Contracts Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will impact the following areas:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract negotiation, drafting, and execution.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and facilitate to internal stakeholders on contract matters.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure contract performance and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal ethics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Advanced ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of contract administration including legal, procurement, and contracting fundamentals desirable.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, leadership and initiative with results in dynamic environments.

  • Experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
