What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 3-5 years proven experience in product management, preferably within Airline industryStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in an Agile environment.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities to build alignment and drive product success.Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong strategic thinking skills and the ability to independently connect interdependent business needs and opportunitiesStrong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills with the ability to influenceProven ability in developing business strategy, business cases, articulating the tactics to achieve it, and then deliveringStrong business acumen as well as statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teamsAbility to effectively leverage internal and external partnerships to drive resultsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently or as part of a teamDemonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in delivering client services in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentMust be performing satisfactorily in current positionConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyMust be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
