We are looking for a committed personality with quality awareness and responsibility for the position of a Service Delivery Manager for Identity and Access Management (M/F/D) for the UK who will be responsible for managing the overall service delivery of this Digital Product.
Your responsibility will be the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements (in time, quality and costs) while actively contributing to continuous improvements, problem management and obsolescence management.
In this context, you have to organize the cooperation with the commissioned IT service provider at the operational, tactical and strategic level.
You will be part of an international team located on the main Airbus Defence and Space locations in France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom and this vacant position is specifically targeting the UK perimeter.
In parallel you will work on projects as a member of the project team to drive major Airbus Defence and Space UK IT infrastructure projects involving many actors, technologies, etc.
You will be joining Multi functional project teams and learning a variety of standard and bespoke Airbus technologies. You will support the entry into service process of projects affecting IAM. This is a high visibility role.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Definition of Service Level Agreements and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the Product Manager
Negotiation of contractual Service Level Agreements with the various business domains, customers, external service providers, in alignment with the Head of Product Team/PSL and Contract Management
Implementation and management of service provision and contribution to the overall product strategy via feedback from both: customers and delivery teams.
Management (drive, monitor and report) of the insourced and outsourced delivery teams in regards to the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements (in conjunction with Contract Management) and cost optimization.
Defines the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams.
Managing mitigations in case of non-fulfilment in agreement with the Product Manager.
You have to ensure the delivery and the quality of the Identity & Access Management activities of the UK perimeter according to current SLAs: Service Level Agreements.
Furthermore, you have to support the IT Product Manager in maintaining the lifecycle of the Identity Management.
Therefore you will work closely with Product Manager / Service Delivery Managers from other countries and with Project managers, external service providers, Airbus Security teams and other IT teams.
You will need to be a creative thinker able to propose and support new ways to increase the overall service quality. Other responsibilities will include the support of digitalization and innovation projects.
ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in operational activities in provider and service management
Experience in IT infrastructure, IT service delivery and system administration
Proven knowledge and experience in ITIL oriented management
