Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the entire IT division, setting strategic direction, objectives, and priorities
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering their growth and development
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, software development, and support services
• Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring that technology investments align with business needs
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing large IT teams and budgets.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CIO, or ITIL.
• Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
