As a Senior Supervisor with Site Lead oversight responsibilities, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at the Anniston site. You will oversee and guide procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will report directly to the Engines campus Site Leader and you will work out of our Anniston location on an on site work schedule. 

Your decisions and strategies will directly influence the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the site and the company. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.

Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team will create a positive work environment and foster employee engagement. By nature of the site this is largely a self-contained operation but it is also supported by Engines and AMOC level Quality, HSE, Engineering and procurement functions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Direct ownership of key site KPIs and drive a culture focused on Tiered Accountability (SQDIC)

•  Oversee and integrate production, inventory management, and distribution processes 

•  Maintain a close partnership with procurement and sourcing to ensure SIOP plan is supported

•  Forecast demand make data-driven recommendations for planning, staffing and capital investment needs of the site

•  Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. 

•  Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. 

•  Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment

•  Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities 

•  Collaborate with quality assurance teams and leadership to uphold established quality standards 

•  Partnership with corporate and assigned HSE focal ensuring a safe work environment and maintain combined scorecard standards

•  Build and maintain effective relationships with the Anniston Army Depot as the representative of our facility located on their property

YOU MUST HAVE

 
•  3+ years of experience in supply chain management functions and manufacturing processes/operations 

•  Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. 

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

•  Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software. 

•  Knowledge of industry best practices and technologies in supply chain management.
