Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in our Camden, AR facility. The Logistics Supervisor provides daily oversight and direction, based on program priorities, to the respective logistics functional support personnel to ensure that material is processed in compliance with all facility and company policies, practices and procedures while meeting all programmatic requirements and directives.
What You Will Do
Manage all warehouse logistics operations, leading and developing a team of associates
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates, safety participant on the Safety Coordinator Team
Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality
Meet logistics operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and lean tools
Communicate policies to associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
Work with operations management to ensure that all logistics support personnel are properly trained, are knowledgeable of and comply with all facility polices, practices, and processes
Work with local program support teams, mission assurance and government property compliance to satisfy daily program requirements, expedite movements of parts, analyze inventory through aging reports, reconcile material use through work order processing and supports residual inventory disposition process
Analyze the proper distribution of program assets across remote storage operations
Monitor and maintain various process metrics to analyze productivity in support of all program support
Apply practical knowledge of interpreting requirements, specifications, directives, regulations and other related technical, contractual, or management documents pertinent to logistics
Provide primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports.
This is a 1st shift, onsite position.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years or relevant experience.
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Team management or leadership experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to create an accountable team environment
Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
Knowledge of SAP, PRISM
Experience with regulations including CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS
Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
