You will report directly to our Service Business Leader and work out in of our office in Duluth, Georgia; Birmingham, Alabama; Raleigh North Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina locations on a hybrid work schedule.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and operational acumen to manage service delivery effectively, uphold safety standards, and drive improvements in service quality. The Senior Project Management Specialist will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of service requests, with a strong emphasis on compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Coordination: Support and coach Field Service Professionals (FSPs), ensuring efficient service execution and escalation of issues as needed.
- Safety Advocacy: Promote Honeywells safety culture and ensure FSP compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Spot Activity Management: Oversee the timely and compliant execution of assigned service tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Partner with support teams to maintain and improve service quality and delivery standards.
- Training Oversight: Maintain skill and certification records; drive execution of training plans for FSP development.
- Performance Support: Provide performance feedback to managers to support employee development initiatives.
- Process Implementation: Assist in rolling out new tools, processes, and productivity tracking with leadership teams.
Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or 15 years of experience within the Building Automation Industry in lieu of a degree.
- 6 years of industry experience within the Building Automation Industry
- 5 plus years of experience in Honeywell Building Automation Systems.
