Position OverviewAs an Entry-Level Assembler, you will play a key role in building, testing, and inspecting aerospace components. You will follow detailed work instructions, use various hand and power tools, and work closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test small parts and complete units
- Operate hand and power tools to align, adjust, and fit components
- Follow work instructions and complete required quality documentation
- Clean parts and maintain tools/equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production needs
- Santa Clarita site only: Sort parts, perform final assembly, and mount units for testing
Required Skills & Experience- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
- Familiarity with automated testing processes
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
