Intern – Digital Innovation, India
As an Innovation Intern, you will support the development of creative solutions to real business challenges. This role offers hands-on experience in exploring new technologies and contributing to the company&39;s innovation strategy and culture.
About the Team:
You will be a part of the Digital Innovation Team in India within the Digital Governance & Transformation function. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical trends, evaluate opportunities, and implement efficient solutions.
The team works with a variety of emerging technologies to explore new ideas and turn them into practical solutions. We focus on identifying real-world use cases and developing proof-of-concepts (POCs) to test and validate these ideas. By working closely together, we aim to drive innovation and bring fresh solutions to life in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job scope (core activities):
We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Intern to join our dynamic Innovation Team. As an intern, you will support the exploration, development, and implementation of innovative ideas, technologies, and solutions across various business units. This role offers hands-on experience in problem-solving, design thinking, digital tools, and strategic innovation initiatives that contribute to the company&39;s growth and transformation journey.
- You will work closely with innovation team, domains, and business stakeholders to:
Support implementation of use cases on cutting edge technology
Assist in framing business problems and identifying opportunity areas
Research emerging technologies and trends relevant to our industry
Create prototypes or proof-of-concepts for potential solutions
Document innovation use cases and success stories
Contribute to building a culture of innovation
Required Domain Expertise:
- Interest or experience in one or more of the following domains
Passionate about Aerospace Industry
One of the digital technologies (AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, Automation, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud)
System design and cloud experience
Area:
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace etc.)
Relevant experience in Data Science / Data Analytics/ AI / ML / Design / Business would be given preference
Innovation & Entrepreneurship or related experience is a plus
Soft skills:
Strong curiosity and a growth mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and explore
