Pay & Benefits: Pay of $20.40 per hour*, with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position**. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

Our Freight Agents extend Hospitality to Southwest Cargo Customers. This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading Southwest Cargo items onto the aircraft, coordinating with Ground Operations Teams to meet flight departure and arrival timelines, and working together with the Freight Agent Team to prioritize shipping responsibilities and modify priorities as needed. The small, but mighty Freight Agent Team also has opportunities to play a part in the transportation of life-saving organs, U.S. Mail, live seafood, and more. Freight Agents are problem solvers who enjoy multitasking and working in the outdoor elements.
