Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Growth/ Account Management

• Manage a portoflio of airline partners in the Americas [Air Canada (AC), Avianca (AV), Copa Airlines (CM), United Airlines (UA), JetBlue (B6), Alaska Airlines (AS)], China/ Greater China [Shenzhen Airlines (ZH), Juneyao Airlines (HO), Air China (CA), EVA Air (BR)], subject to portfolio adjustments when required.
• As guided, to support/grow and deepen partnerships cooperation, ensuring that SIAs interest as a Group is not compromised. 
• Assist with invoice verification from airline partners

Operations and administrative support

• Drive operational exellence for all air partner cooperations
• Provide support to all air partners tech developments and testing.
• Support regular data extraction, perform data visualisation and analysis to track AP performance metrics.
• Maintenence of AP knowlege base and servicing bible for retention purposes.
• Provide flexible assistance for ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Possess a diploma
• Applicants must be meticulous, creative, have an eye for detail and possess good communication and written skills.
• A responsible team player with a high standard of excellence.
• Work independently as well as be able to multi-task.
