Manager, Special Product Handling

The position is to ensure day to day operation functions in MABKargo, Special Product Handling – Perishable, operations functions are smoothly handled and compliance with the handling requirements / regulations and meeting the customer service agreement.

• Serving the customer at MK Centigrade by performing Acceptance, Delivery and warehouse functions as per company Standard Operating Procedures , IATA Perishable Regulations, IATA Temperature Control Regulations, Halal Jakim requirements, Good Distribution Practice and other company procedures.
• Execute day to day overall operation functions of perishable, pharmaceutical and time and temperature sensitive shipment – physical cargo handling, data update including documentation and daily revenue collection
• Maintain temperature-controlled storage areas (coolers/freezers) and equipment
• Ensure meeting customers Service Level Agreement.
• Verify daily vendor performance and prepare daily summary operations report
• Ensure improvement program are implemented as per planned.

• Minimum SPM qualifications
• Added advantage:-
  • Basic Dangerous Goods Handling / Pharma Handling
  • Basic Cargo handling
  • Knowledge in air logistics
  • Knowledge in air cargo operations.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or air cargo handling preferred for Diploma/Degree holder. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 3 years working experience in any fields for SPM holder
