Job PurposePart of the Emirates Group, Arabian Adventures is far more than an award-winning provider of desert safaris in Dubai. Were equipped to provide a wide range of exclusive tailor-made services - from planning, contracting hotel space, transfers, arrivals and in-resort assistance, to organising excursions and safaris and managing events.
As a Product Executive, you will support the assigned team through collection of information, analysis of data and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the respective line of business on product builds, packaging, product line development and content detail for specified spanets and /or regions.
In this role, you will:
- Plan
-Collect, sort and analyse data related to product features, itineraries, and price point to promote the right product mix in the right spanet as well as to determine product success or failure based on predefined metrics.
-Collate data into reports for quick product correction, data interpretation and analysis - Deploy
-Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand the spanet needs related to the packages or product requirements;
-Support the product roadmap process from inception to launch. Contribute to product line development with the right content and pricing. Support and assist with product audits and benchspaning.
-Assist with website content audit, work on the product content enhancement and ensure the pricing is updated at regular intervals. - Lead
-Contribute to Product builds (packaged or other) for B2B/B2C spanets based on spanet intelligence and business development/Sales requirements;
-Conduct Quarterly Surveys on B2B/B2C spanets to gain consumer insight. - Execute
-Prepare end of quarter and partnership campaign reports including details of the delivered assets as well as product success metrics and statistics.
-Build and maintain a product repository with up-to-date touring itineraries, destination and hotel training material, campaign details and general product information.
-Complete competitor analysis based on predefined audit parameters;
-Deliver timely campaign content for online and printed collateral and keep records updated in line with the key goals and objectives of the business
-Build and maintain a calendar on upcoming product related events such as training and fam trips.
QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Level or A level qualification (10+ years schooling or equivalent)
- Worked 4+ years within the travel, tourism, leisure industry or in Commercial & Sales
- Demonstrated experience in working with large data sets, conducting analysis and preparing reports for management.
- Knowledge of B2C/B2B sales and reporting process.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite of products.
