Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on shift)
Position OverviewWe are a growing aerospace manufacturing company in Marysville, WA seeking Entry‑Level Production Workers to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a career in aerospace manufacturing. Training is provided, and no prior aerospace experience is required.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Aerospace Production Worker, you will support the production of aircraft interior components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Duties may include:
- Operating production machinery and presses
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Assisting with composite materials and production processes
- Performing assembly, finishing, and production support tasks
- Handling materials and parts in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
- Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Must be able to work overtime as needed

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing facility where the environment includes features like heat and smells from ovens and composite materials. Safety shoes with steel or composite toes are required. Shifts available are 1st (4 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.), 2nd (2 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.), and 3rd (10 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.). Must be open to flexible scheduling and working weekends.
