Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Propulsion Industrial Architect (f/m) to join our Industrial Architecture department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing the industrial system for future aircraft generations. As part of the Industrial Architecture team, you will be involved in propulsion technology maturation aiming at securing industrial performance for future products.

Your challenges :
Define industrial requirements and V&V plans for integration and simulation activities.
Identify technology development needs and define the industrial roadmap for future programs.
Lead internal and external multi-functional teams on technical trade-offs and maturity.
Manage overall project governance including reporting, planning, and budget monitoring.
Secure technology maturity levels through technical reviews and milestone gates.
Your boarding pass :
Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in manufacturing engineering or production operations.
Technical expertise in powerplant systems (engine, pylon, nacelle, or integration).
Proficiency in Systems Engineering approach for complex problem solving.
Strong influencing skills to lead transverse teams and external partnerships.
Fluent level in both English and French is required (reporting to national authorities).
