Job Title: Repair TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Repair Technician, you will perform skilled technical work involving the diagnosis, replacement, repair, and rebuilding of oxygen tanks and systems for aircraft. You will utilize diagnostic equipment and a variety of trade-specific tools while applying principles of electrical and electronics theory. Your role will require interpreting and following technical manuals, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics, along with applying knowledge of equipment design and function. You will adhere to industry and government-specific guidelines related to safety, health, and environmental practices. Additionally, you will assist with research and development of new repair capabilities, which may include reading and understanding new manuals and attending on and off-site training. You will also support shop equipment and supplies maintenance and manage computer entries and paperwork maintenance documents, such as Service Reports and 8130-3’s, in compliance with FAA Regulations and company policies.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based at an FAA Repair station where technicians work on components such as Cylinder/Regulator, High Pressure tanks, and Oxygen Masks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
