Job Purpose
• Lead the architectural design and strategic technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation within the organization.
B. Key Accountabilities
Strategic Activities
• Technical Leadership: Utilize 10+ years of industry experience to provide technical leadership and expertise in architecting robust and scalable software solutions.
• Solution Design: Lead the design and development of architecture solutions that meet the business requirements while adhering to industry best practices, standards, and compliance regulations. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other tools. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others. Ensure architectural designs align with the Air Indias strategic goals and technological roadmap.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to analyze requirements, identify technical challenges, and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Architecture Review and Optimization: Conduct regular architecture reviews to assess system performance, scalability, and security. Identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations for enhancing system efficiency, reliability, and maintainability. Act on those opportunities to drive excellence.
Team Management
• Lead a team of architects and guide them to ensure their efforts align with overarching objectives.
• Act as a mentor to junior architects and development teams and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical trainings to foster continuous learning and skill development within the team.
• Identify gaps and room for improvement and encourage talent development to position the team for long-term success.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum Requirement Desired

• Experience ServiceNow development and architecture
• Expertise in Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, architecture, modules, and features.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflow, APIs, and other development tools Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and others.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certifications are preferred.
