Training Coordinator – Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd

Reporting to: Part 145 Training Lead (HM)
                      Part 145 Training Planning Supervisor

At Ryanair Engineering Training, we work in a fast-paced environment in partnership with Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd to ensure all staff at Prestwick and the wider Ryanair Network meet the mandatory training requirements to carry out their duties in accordance with EASA and UKCAA legislation.

We are looking for a confident, highly organised and proactive individual to join our growing team based at the Prestwick Training Centre.

Principal duties of a Training Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

• Updating and maintaining employee training records
• Issuance of training records and reports
• Monitoring of the completion of mandatory training of employees
• Scheduling training attendees in coordination with available courses, upcoming expiries and recruitment
• Responsible for the archiving of all paperwork of training carried out on site
• Updating and maintaining training registers for the MRO training department
• Support individuals with use of the Learning Management System including password resets
• Controlling assessment materials
• Creation and issuance of course completion certificates
• Act as an Exam Invigilator when required
• Assist other Ryanair sites when designated by the Training Lead/Planning Supervisor
• Any other additional duties as per the Training Lead/Planning Supervisor request
