IndiGo is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Direct Channel Growth team. The individual will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion on IndiGo’s Website and Mobile App. This role is critical to IndiGo’s ambition of growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, strategic sales planning, partnership development, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead initiatives to increase flight and ancillary bookings through IndiGo’s website and mobile app.• Design, execute, and optimize campaigns and growth experiments to improve conversion rates and user retention.• Collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to enhance the customer journey and streamline the digital booking funnel.• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including channel growth, bounce rate, conversion rate, and booking value.• Market Insights: Monitor competition and benchspan industry best practices in direct sales and digital channel performance.• Generate actionable insights from data using Microsoft Excel and internal BI tools to drive decision-making.• Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution of agreements. Manage ongoing contract renewals and amendments.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including spaneting, product, operations, and customer success to ensure smooth implementation of sales agreements and to optimize partner performance.• Drive strategic partnerships and cross-channel opportunities to grow direct channel sales.
Requirements & Skills:• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, or related field.• 2–4 years of experience in Airline e-commerce, digital growth, online spaneting, or product analytics.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, basic dashboards).• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Passionate about digital user experience, mobile-first strategies, and Airline/OTA industries.• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
