This is a full-time, on-site role based in Morristown, NJ, for an Aviation Advisor. The Aviation Advisor will manage the full sales / travel cycle for each trip. They are responsible for providing superior customer service, coordinating aircraft charter and flight logistics, fostering relationships with clients, and addressing their travel needs in a timely and professional manner. The role includes managing inquiries, recommending solutions, and staying updated on trends within the aviation industry to deliver exceptional advisory services
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage new and existing client accounts to generate charter sales via outbound calls, referrals, networking, email requests, message boards and digital marketplaces.
- Respond promptly to charter requests with accurate quotes and trip options.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers once quotes have been sent out.
- Handle all aspects of the charter sales cycle, including operational necessities after the sale.
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends; control costs and think in terms of profit, loss and added value.
- Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively.
- Collaborate with maintenance, flight operations and dispatch teams to confirm availability and trip feasibility including weather, duty restrictions, connecting flights and ground transportation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the fleet and availability.
- Gather post flight feedback through direct contact with client and enters the information into the appropriate systems for case management and resolve the client’s complaints and/or issues, if applicable.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
